Word of the Day Week 3

Room 205 is becoming quite skilled at using our words of the day! Below you will find this week's words:

  • tuition
  • tamper
  • flourish
  • vigorous

Can you use any of these words in a sentence? Do you know what part of speech they are? Do you want extra credit?...Answer these questions if you do!

    Flourish:verb When we plant flowers we use miracle grow to help the plants flourish.

    Tuition-noun-I had to save up my tuition for college.
    Tamper-verb-When I walked in the room, I saw my brother had tampered with my diary.
